The Protector (original title: Tom-Yum-Goong) is a Thai martial arts action film directed by Prachya Pinkaew and starring Tony Jaa. Known for its incredible fight choreography and breathtaking stunts, the film is a showcase of Jaa’s unparalleled Muay Thai skills and physical prowess.
The story follows Kham (Tony Jaa), a young man from a rural village in Thailand who has been raised to protect his family’s prized elephants, which hold deep cultural and spiritual significance.
