The film centers on Wes Baylor (Scott Adkins), a former MMA champion burdened by the accidental death of his best friend and rival during a fight. Wes is contacted by a wealthy businessman named Aldrich (Robert Knepper), who entices him with a substantial sum of money for a final fight in Myanmar. Driven by financial need and a desire for redemption, Wes agrees, only to find himself ensnared in a perilous trap. Upon arriving, he learns that the fight is a mere facade for a lethal game of human hunting, where he is the quarry in a high-stakes pursuit orchestrated for the entertainment of affluent clients, including Sofia (Rhona Mitra) and her associates.
Armed with only basic survival gear and his fighting skills, Wes must navigate the treacherous jungle terrain while being pursued by a group of heavily armed hunters. As he fights for his life, Wes uses his combat expertise and resourcefulness to turn the tables on his pursuers, engaging in intense and brutal confrontations.
