The story follows Eddie Deacon (Antonio Banderas), a former Marine struggling to find work after returning from active duty. Desperate for employment to support his family, Eddie takes a job as a security guard at a rundown shopping mall in a rough neighborhood. On his first night on the job, Eddie and his fellow security team comprising Vance (Liam McIntyre), Johnny (Chad Lindberg), and Ruby (Gabriella Wright) encounter a young girl named Jamie (Katherine de la Rocha), who arrives at the mall seeking refuge. Jamie is a key witness in a high-profile federal case involving a dangerous and influential criminal, Charlie (Ben Kingsley). She is being pursued by a team of highly trained mercenaries led by Charlie, who will stop at nothing to eliminate her and anyone who stands in their way.
